Equipping 3rd world pastors with motorcycles for ministry.

The Cause:  All funds raised will be used toward the purchase of motorcycles/dirt bikes to enable indigenous Christian leaders to reach their own people with the love and message of Jesus.  Transportation is a strategic tool for world evangelism.  Most indigenous pastors working in jungles, mountain villages, and distant towns are limited to walking.  A motorcycle/dirt bike will help an indigenous pastor expand their outreach "unto the uttermost parts of the earth". (Acts 1:8)

GOAL: Provide motorcycles to indigenous pastors-cost is between $2,500-$3,500 per bike.

2011 ride update: We are humbled and amazed to report that the final total raised from the 2011 ride is $15,385!!  Because of the exchange rate and timing of the purchase, this year 15 motorcycles are being presented to indigenous pastor's graduating from a Bible college in Kenya on March 17,2012.  These pastor's will then be returning to their homes in Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, and Tanzania and use these motorcycles to plant new churches, lead Bible studies, visit church members and many other activities that share the love of Jesus within their communities.  To date, over $86,000 has been raised over seven years and 45 motorcycles have been purchased!! We're so blessed that God is choosing to continue to write Jon's legacy in this way.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your financial generosity and prayers - you're making a difference for eternity in the lives of those on the other side of the world!
